According to reports from the International Cooperation Office, the agreement aims to facilitate student exchanges, faculty and staff mobility, as well as collaborative research in specialized fields. It also includes plans for the design and implementation of short-term courses.

The agreement highlights the organization of specialized summer and winter schools, along with joint internship programs as significant components of the collaboration.

This MoU, valid for a duration of 5 years, underscores the commitment of both institutions to enhance academic ties and promote cross-cultural exchange between Iran and Turkey.
