Signing of Student Exchange Agreement Between the University of Science and Culture and Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM)
According to the International Relations Office, a student exchange agreement was signed between the University of Science and Culture and Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in September 2025, with the aim of expanding academic cooperation between the two institutions.
Based on the provisions of this agreement, the two universities will engage in the exchange of outstanding students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, in line with enhancing educational quality and advancing their internationalization strategies.
The agreement also outlines key aspects such as the duration of study periods, the number of students in each exchange program, admission procedures, and the specifications of the academic programs offered.
It is worth noting that the agreement was officially signed on September 2025 by Dr. Mohammad Hossein Imani Khoshkhoo, Acting President of the University of Science and Culture, and Dr. Abdul Rahman Mohamed, Vice President of Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM).
Universiti Sains Malaysia ranked 134th globally in the 2025 QS World University Rankings, reflecting its strong international academic standing.
